This new integration connects your inputs and materials inventory directly with your farm planning, operations, and analysis, helping you stay on top of stock while saving time behind the screen.

What is SHED?

SHED is a dedicated, advanced inventory management platform for agricultural inputs and materials, proudly made in New Zealand.

It’s designed specifically for managing:

• Agrichemicals
• Fertilisers
• Seed
• Other farm inputs and materials

When connected with PTx Trimble FarmENGAGE, your inventory automatically updates as you plan, execute, and record farm activities — reducing manual entry and improving accuracy.

How the Integration Works

Once connected, SHED and FarmENGAGE talk to each other seamlessly:

• SHED automatically pulls your inputs and materials from FarmENGAGE — no need to re-enter or search for product names
• Product applications are pulled directly from Crop Zone activities, including:
  • What was applied
  • Where it was applied
  • When it was applied
  • Application rates

That means less admin, fewer errors, and more confidence in your records.

• Tracking of deliveries, returns, and transfers
• Automatic syncing of usage and applications from FarmENGAGE
• Stocktakes with quantity and value adjustments
• Ability to reset stock and inventory levels

• Attach Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
• Hazardous materials tracking, with optional QR code access for visibility of on-hand hazardous materials and volumes
• Forecasting of future input needs and costs

Getting Started Is Easy

You can be up and running in just three simple steps:

1. Register for a SHED trial

2. Connect your FarmENGAGE account

   • SHED will automatically pull in your inputs and materials

3. Sync your inventory

   • Choose a start date so previous activities are ignored

   • Enter your on-hand balances

From there, your inventory will stay in sync automatically.
